I participated in Move Because You Care last year, and with your help, raised more than $1,300!

Move Because You Care is in support of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation's Area of Greatest Need fund.
This fund allows the Foundation to work with medical experts, here in Cape Breton, to direct funds to the highest priority healthcare needs, whenever they arise.
Essentially, this fund provides support to the more than 600,000 patient visits made to the CBRH annually, and the healthcare experts that care for them. Support needs range from the small (ex: covering taxi tokens for those unable to afford transportation to and from appointments), to the big (ex: purchasing a piece of vital equipment).
